Yet another tech billionaire (Mark Zuckerberg this time) posts his manifesto because apparently, having $200B qualifies you to design human destiny. Of course, AI takes center stage (and AI doomerism is bad for business).

      OMFG?! But, anyway:

      • Zuckerberg argues that superintelligence (as he likes to call AGI) should be widely distributed to empower individuals rather than centralized within a few powerful institutions or a single AI
      • Always-on personal AI agent for everyone (tailored to understand and fulfill specific user's needs) - no single "aligned" AI - safety, security, and fairness are best maintained when everyone has access to AI
      • The greatest value of AI will come from driving human creation, scientific discovery, and new business formation, rather than simply automating tasks or eliminating jobs
      • Broad and affordable access - Meta plans to support this future by offering free or low-cost access to tools, agents, and open-source models

        It's not too long and you can always use some LLM to generate audio from text 😜
